Weight watchers week one

I stayed exactly the same weight....(157.2).... but who's counting? Oh. Right. A few things account for this:

1. I ate dinner approxametly 7 minutes before my weigh in. 
 2. I tend to guesstimate on ounces and serving sizes 
3. I used all my points (but never over) and so maybe I need to not
 go more than half way into my free weekly points.

Also the leader and I talked and decided my focus needs to be on protein. I need to have a protein with each meal and not just at dinner. Yeah for Greek yogurt (apparently)
