One great substitution for a lot of things is coconut milk. Even if you're not a huge coconut fan, it's hardly noticeable in a lot of recipes. There are some decent milk subs out on the market. I like Tofutti cream cheese and sour cream. I am also a fan of homemade almond milk over soy/rice milk. <br /><br />Almost all the recipes on my blog are dairy free, and there are a few good treats and such.
