Weekly weigh in

Well the little changes I made this week sure paid off with a 2.6 pound loss!!! Granted about a pound of this was probably because I wore a skirt instead of pants... But I'm still calling it a victory.

I've had to try really hard to not reward my good efforts and success with food - and keeping up on the exercise has not been easy, but my oh my, having evenings opened up sure makes it easier!

Here's to a busy weekend with delicious and healthy foods!! This was my view during my evening run... Not to shabby.
